  • Overview

    The primary role of this position is the extensive and complete coordination of Med-Eng demonstration equipment worldwide on a daily basis. The role also entails coordinating marketing support for international trade shows, and for enhancing Med-Eng presence on social media.  


    • Plan for the optimized movement of Med-Eng demonstration equipment across the globe, with a forecasted and specific view of up to 12 months in advance; includes tracking current location of all items;
    • Coordinate between Sales, Partners, Logistics, Compliance, Suppliers and Facilities, to plan for each request and execute, monitor, pack and unpack each shipment;
    • Plan for and support Med-Eng presence at international exhibitions and events. Includes obtaining and reviewing exhibitor prospectus, and working closely with Sales and international distributors, as well as show service providers;
    • Seek out, prepare and propose content for posting to Social Media accounts;
    • Track and report on analytics for Social Media, Website traffic and Search Engine Optimization;
    • Respond to requests from Sales, partners and other departments within the organization for Marketing support;
    • Prepare for product photoshoots and video productions by coordinating between Product Line, product specialists, product models and external service providers such as photographers and video producers;
    • Ensure the image and video libraries are kept up to date and properly organized;
    • Work with other departments to update the intranet, using content provided by respective departments;
    • Coordinate and take on other related activities as needed.  


    • Post-secondary education in business, communications or a related field is preferred.
    • At least 3 years of related experience is preferred in a Marketing or Sales environment.t
    • Intermediate capabilities with Microsoft Office.
    • Solid understanding of how to use Social Media for business purposes.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
    • Excellent written communication skills.
